Owner insure that vehicle is has no accident and clean title.


The title to the same shall remain at all times until a bona-fide sale in the owner of the consigned goods. OWNER may recall vehicle of the consigned property at any time, but if the OWNER return the vehicle then he/she has to return expenses for transportation, possible service and certification, excluded the parking.

CONSIGNOR can return vehicle at any time.

At all times CONSIGNOR has goods owned by Owner in its possession,
