OWNER may recall vehicle of the consigned property at any time, but if the OWNER return the vehicle then he/she has to return expenses for transportation, possible service and certification, excluded the parking.

CONSIGNOR can return vehicle at any time.

This is one of the more important forms in the program. Many disputes are related to the fact that used goods are sold and the buyer and seller disagree on the warranties given (although the general law is that there is NO warranty except for title). Bills of sale are
